Passion Fruit ice cream

Ingredients

420ml passion Fruit pulp 

395 ml leche condensada

500 ml heavy cream

Preparación

En un recipiente mezclar la leche condensada y passion Fruit pulp. Reservar.

En la batidora agregamos la heavy cream y batimos hasta montar o que la crema cree picos firmes y sea cremosa.

Una vez tengamos la crema le agregamos la pulpa y la leche condensada mezclamos.

Llevamos a refrigerar por aproximadamente 8 horas.

Servimos en conos de helado y disfrutamos.

In a bowl, mix the condensed milk and passion fruit pulp. Reserve.

In the blender add the heavy cream and beat until whipped or the cream creates firm peaks and is creamy.

Once the cream is mounted, add the pulp and condensed milk and mix. in a separate container refrigerate for approximately 8 hours.
