• 300 grams mango pulp
• 1 large mango cut into thin slices
• 2 ½ cups heavy cream (Cold)
• 390 grams of condensed milk (chilled overnight)
• 200 graham crackers
• ½ cup of crushed grahams (for toppings)


1. In a large bowl, add heavy cream and beat on high speed until doubled in size. Add
condensed milk and Mango pulp mix until well combined.
2. In a mold add a layer of graham crackers. Spread a layer of cream, followed by a layer
of fresh mango slices. Repeat these steps until you have made 2-3 sets of these layers.
Add a final layer of cream on top and sprinkle on some crushed grahams.
3. Chill for at least 6 hours.
4. Serve cold and enjoy!
