- 1 cup of Greek yogurt
- 1 spoon of sugar
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 1/2 cup of Jungle Pulp Passion Fruit pulp mix
- Strawberries, Mango, Pineapple
- Special equipment: Bruleé torch
- In one bowl add the yogurt, Honey, and Passion Fruit Pulp mix.
- Sprinkle a tablespoon of sugar evenly over the top of the yogurt.
- Very carefully, using your bruleé torch, light the sugar until it turns golden brown and bubbly, about 5-10 seconds.
- Top as desired with cut fruit. Enjoy.
