Strawberry Guava Cupcakes

Ingredients

2 cups Bakers Bodega R & H Rich Cream Cake Base

2 eggs

¼ cup Jungle Pulp Strawberry Puree

¼ cup Jungle Pulp Guava Puree

½ cup water

¼ cup melted butter or oil

Directions

Preheat oven to 350ºF

Line cupcake tins.

In a large bowl combine cake mix, eggs, puree, water and butter or oil.

Mix on low for 1 minute, scrape bowl then beat on medium for an additional two minutes.

Fill cupcake liners and bake for 25 to 30 minutes.

Check with toothpick.

Cool on wire rack and then frost.
