Hearts of Palm Dip
1 14.5oz jar of La Cima Hearts of Palm, drained
1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons of lime juice
1 garlic clove
1/8 cup of cilantro
The zest of half a lime
Sea salt and black pepper
- In a food processor, process the garlic clove; then add the lime juice, the zest, the hearts of palm and the olive oil, until they are perfectly combined.
- Add the cilantro and mix again in the food processor.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve with chips or crackers
