Hearts of Palm Dip


1 14.5oz jar of La Cima Hearts of Palm, drained
1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons of lime juice
1 garlic clove
1/8 cup of cilantro
The zest of half a lime
Sea salt and black pepper


  1. In a food processor, process the garlic clove; then add the lime juice, the zest, the hearts of palm and the olive oil, until they are perfectly combined.
  2. Add the cilantro and mix again in the food processor.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Serve with chips or crackers
