Basil Hearts of Palm Tapenade Penne

• 1 jar of  Hearts of Palm Tapenade with basil La Cima
• 250g of penne
• 2 tomatoes
• 1/2 cup of onions
• 1/2 cup of bell peppers
• 2 garlic cloves
• 2 teaspoons of sugar
• 1 pinch of salt and pepper
• 1 cup of water

Cook the pasta following the package instructions. Blend the tomatoes, onions, bell peppers and garlic. Pour in a pot with the rest of the ingredients and mix. Add the Hearts of Palm Tapenade with basil  La Cima. Serve the pasta with this sauce.

Note: It can also be prepared with the Hearts of Palm Tapenade with olives or with tomato La Cima.
