Mango salsa is great for chips, tacos and a lot more. Adding mango puree to your recipe brings a deeper, more concentrated sweetness and smooth texture that elevates the dish. Dice, mix, spice, and taste:
½ cup Mango
½ cup Papaya
½ cup Pineapple
½ cup Avocado
½ cup Red Onion
½ cup Red Bell Pepper (or more to add more heat)
⅓ cup Cilantro
2 tbsp Fresh Mint
2 tbsp Lime Juice
1/2 cup Jungle Pulp Mango Puree
1 tbsp Black Pepper
Optional: add ¼ c of a fruity olive oil
Preparation
- Dice the first six ingredients into bite-size pieces and add them to the mixing bowl.
- Next, add and stir in the cilantro, mint, lime juice, Jungle Pulp Mango Puree and Black Pepper
Refrigerate for 30 mins to 1 hour.
