Salsa With Mango Recipe

Whether you're hosting a backyard barbecue or simply looking for a light snack, this mango salsa is sure to be a hit and is guaranteed to add a splash of color and flavor to your summer table.

 

 Dice, mix, spice, and taste:

 ½ cup Mango 

½ cup Papaya

½ cup Pineapple

½ cup Avocado

½ cup Red Onion

½ cup Red Bell Pepper (or more to add more heat)

⅓ cup Cilantro

2 tbsp Fresh Mint

2 tbsp Lime Juice

1/2 cup Jungle Pulp Mango Puree 

1 tbsp Black Pepper 

 Optional: add ¼ c of a fruity olive oil 

 

Preparation

 

  • Dice the first six ingredients into bite-size pieces and add them to the mixing bowl. 
  • Next, add and stir in the cilantro, mint, lime juice, Jungle Pulp Mango Puree and Black Pepper

 

Refrigerate for 30 mins to 1 hour.
