Wild Strawberry Martini
Ingredients
Glass: Martini or Up
Garnish: Strawberry or twist of lemon, rim glass with sugar
2.5 oz vodka
2 oz Jungle Pulp Strawberry Pulp
Pour into a shaker and shake vigorously for about 20 seconds.
*For a sweeter martini add 0.5 oz more of strawberry pulp.
Mangorita Madness
Ingredients
1 ½ oz Jungle Pulp Mango Puree
1 ½ Tequila
1 oz sweet and sour or ½ oz part fresh lime juice for less
sweetness
Splash of triple sec
Splash of lime
Shake and serve.
Frozen Temptation Mangorita Madness
Blended
Ingredients
1 ½ oz Jungle Pulp Mango Puree
1 ½ Tequila
1 oz sweet and sour or ½ oz part fresh lime juice for less
sweetness
Splash of triple sec
Blend and serve.
Guava Tequila Magic # 1
Ingredients
1 ½ oz silver tequila
4 dashes orange bitters
Fresh basil
Top withsparkling water
Served with a sage garnish
Build Tequila, Guava, Orange Bitters, and torn basil in a Boston shaker. Shake vigorously, pour over ice, top with sparkling water and serve with a sage garnish.
The basil punctuates the guava puree and the sage adds a beautiful finish to the nose. This drink is delicious!
Yellow Mandarin Blended
Ingredients
1 ½ oz Bacardi orange rum
¾ oz Peach schnapps
1 ¾ oz Jungle Pulp Mango Puree
1 full scoop of ice
Blend and serve.
Island Strawberry Daiquiri
Ingredients
2oz. White rum
1.5 oz Jungle Pulp Strawberry Pulp
1 oz Unsweetened pineapple juice
Glass: Daiquiri or Pint
Garnish: cherry and/or whip cream and/or umbrella
Pour all ingredients into a blender with ice and blend until smooth & thick.
For a sweeter daiquiri add 0.5 oz of maraschino liquor or 0.5 oz of puree.
New Costa Rican Passion Fruit Margarita
Ingredients
1 ½ oz Tequila
1 ½ oz Jungle Pulp Passion Fruit Pulp
1 oz sweet and sour
½oz Triple sec
Splash Rosa’s Lime Juice
Shake and serve.
Costa Rica Strawberry Margarita on the Rocks
Ingredients
1 ½ oz tequila
1 oz Jungle Pulp Strawberry Puree
1 part fresh lime juice or 1 oz sweet n sour mix if sweetness is desired
Splash of cranberry juice
Splash of triple sec
Shake and serve.
* Top off with a shot of water if too sweet
A splash of grenadine will add a richer shade of red to the drink.
Optional: muddle 1 large fresh strawberry in glass with ice before pouring ingredients into glass.
Guava Martini Madness
Ingredients
Glass: Martini or Up
Garnish: guava or orange slice, rim glass with sugar
2.5 oz Vodka
2 oz Jungle Pulp Guava Pulp
Splash of sour mix
Pour into a shaker and shake vigorously for about 20 seconds.
For a sweeter martini add 0.5 oz more guava pulp.
Passion Martini
Ingredients
Glass: Martini
Garnish: Split lime wedge
2 parts vodka
1 part Jungle Pulp Passion Fruit Pulp
½ part cranberry juice
½ part sweet and sour
orange bitters
Shake all ingredients, strain into glass and serve.
